First Marathon

Wishing Nicole  all the best as she embarks upon her first marathon.  She will be running in Fargo tomorrow.  Apparently its a great place to run as there are a lot of spectators  to cheer on the crowd.  This is very exciting as it is the springboard to her future of distance running.  Happy trails, Nicole!

  I will be in West Hawk  enjoying some trail running this Sunday.  We'll resume the group run next week.  Hope you all have a wonderful  May long weekend.
